Reports to: Director / Senior Associate
Role Overview
As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting advisory projects, investment activities, and business development initiatives. You will work closely with senior team members to conduct research, prepare analyses, manage project deliverables, and engage with clients and portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research, industry analysis, and financial modeling to support advisory and investment decisions.

Assist in preparing strategic recommendations, pitch materials, and client presentations.

Support due diligence processes for investments, including reviewing financial, operational, and ESG-related data.

Coordinate with clients, portfolio companies, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor and track the performance of investee companies and identify opportunities for value creation.

Contribute to internal knowledge building and best practice sharing across the team.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CFA is a plus).

2–4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
